Recycling Training Programs

Hello,

I am going to be helping UC Berkeley do a recycling training for their on campus housing staff (including custodians, administrators, maintenance people, etc.). Do you know of any good resources for designing a training program to influence behavior around recycling? Are there any good resources that help people understand what can and cannot be recycled?

I really appreciate the assistance.
