Talking Waste coffee

Hi there!

I've been a silent member of this forum for a while now and have just been nudged to introduce myself. Good timing as now i have a little favour to ask of all of you.

My housemate needs to find 12000kg of waste coffee from stores or warehouses or wherever, for his enterprise to recycle coffee into plastic.
We are based in London, so if any of you have any ideas if how we could collect this amount, with out traipsing to every Starbucks and Costa in the capital.. it would be hugely appreciated. Apologies for caling on you like this, but there must be some easier way!

Fascinating discussions and i like all the smilies!

Many thanks,

Petronella

Welcome. Um coffee to make plastic? Boy I am dumb but how do you make plastic from waste coffee?

You don't have to give away trade secrets though when explaining it.
