Default Is there a Market for "Spent Earth"?

Coco Oil Refineries use "Bleached Earth" for their Oil Refining. The By-Product is known as "Spent Earth". Given its 10-20% oil content, what Industries would have use for "Spent Earth"? What is its Market Value?
