Wind turbine motor and blades

I'm new here so to start off with, Hi.

I am currently designing a micro wind turbine at the moment but i am having great trouble sourcing a motor/generator and also the turbine blades. I am looking for a motor that weights less than 3kg and produces about 250W at a low rpm. Does anyone know where i could source something like this from?

I am also looking to source some turbine blades under 2ft. If anyone knows where i could find these items or anyone who may be able to help i will be extreemly gratefull.
