My personal motto is: "Building a better business, creating a better life." It encompasses the sense of responsibility that should be accustomed by all leaders in business and politics, but rarely is. As a leadership development coach, I help business leaders to create a more responsible mindset. I found that this helped them in their leadership role, propelled their business and generally made them feel happier about their lives and contribution.

Since we face complex challenges in our world, where people, environment and industries are intricately connected, we to develop an authentic leadership mindset, and thus creating  opportunities where people can work together towards a sustainable future. This requires a new way of thinking. That is why I put a great deal of attention on Systems Thinking, with its integral, holistic approach to problem solving.
