Hallo,
my name is Giuliana and I have been interested in Corporate Social Responsibility for many years. I have academic and work experience in this field and I'm looking for a real challenge and a strong impulse for a further career in this field.

General Csr knowledge and experience
I obtained my Master’s degree in Political Science. On that occasion I wrote a thesis about my empirical research on Impronta Etica, Italian association for the Csr promotion and partner of Csr-Europe. I analysed in depth the performance, standards and good practices in terms of Csr of each Company member of the network.
Before my post-graduate I attended a graduate-specialization course in “Ethics, social responsibility and economic decisions in enterprise". As part of that course I worked in ACCDA (an Italian chain of co-operative supermarkets, COOP) assisting the Csr manager in carrying on some new sustainability and stakeholder’s engagement practices. That was the most important experience in this field because of the reputation of both the Manager and the Company.
At the moment I am working for a social business project for the development of local shops and the improvement of Community areas in London. In my job I can deal with different stakeholders from public and private sector having different role in the success of the project.
Troughout theese academic and work experiences I have gained a strong knowledge about Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility policies, practicies and standard processes.

Csr Standards Knowledge
I have a good knowledge of FLO, SA8000 and Q-Res standards.
During my first degree I worked for FAIRTRADE Italia. I carried out research on cacao tradea and I analysed the FLO standard of certification.
In addition I studied SA8000 sand I succesfully completed the accredited SA8000 Auditor Course approved by SAI.
I studied also the Q-Res standard, italian project launched by Mr L.Sacconi.
I’m interested in general in all the Csr standards and I would like to take some further specialization in the environmental field.

I can speak Italian (native speaker) and Portuguese. I have good IT and PC knowledge; I’m well organised, willing, good at researching and analysing (expecially in social issues).

I would evaluate both permanent and temporary job and I would be available for international travels. I would like to give you academic or work references if requested.
