Community investment/ communications/ built environment vacancies sought

Dear colleague,

I am interested particularly in developing mutually beneficial partnerships between community initiatives and the private sector. Having worked closely with Building Preservation Trusts, I can really see the potential for this, and I am keen to promote sustainability of historic buildings and sustainability in the built environment more generally. I am also interested in delivering messages more effectively to the public to enable them to make more informed choices so the communications side also interests me.

I feel that one of my strengths is my pro-active approach to my work and my ability to think creatively to find the best solution for a problem. As the only employee based in London, I am responsible for ensuring the day to day running of the organisation is effective and efficient. With a board based all over the UK, I have learned how to find the best solutions when faced with the inevitable emergencies that occur in any organisation. I have also had exposure to all aspects of running an organisation so I have a good understanding of how different aspects of organisations interlink. This means that I can contribute on a strategic level whilst understanding the bigger picture.
