Central London | £23k plus benefitsWe have an exciting new position as a CSR and Diversity Administrator for a world-leading law firm.
Their internal CR and Diversity teams are responsible for setting the agenda for management of CR and diversity issues across the firm, and for developing initiatives, projects and events to support that agenda. This involves liaising with partners, fee-earners, senior management and support staff across the firm, as well as with a number of external organisations.
This new role will provide key administrative support and assistance to the CR Manager and Diversity Manager; a 50/50 split in terms of duties and responsibilities between both managers.
Responsibilities will include
- Organise events for CR and Diversity initiatives and programmes
- Maintain and update relevant intranet pages
- Contribute to the development of their sustainability policy
- Diary management
- Process charitable contributions and keep a record of accounts
- Attend the sports and social committee and provide support for charity fundraising events
You will have experience of administrative/secretarial work in a professional services environment as well as advanced MSOffice Skills in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in or demonstrable passion for CR / Diversity issues is essential.
