The Corporate Ethics Office is responsible for developing, maintaining, training, and enforcing PNC's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Policies. As Manager of the Ethics Office, you will work directly with the Chief Ethics Officer where you will be responsible for providing management oversight and support of key Corporate Ethics Office initiatives, programs, and activities to achieve objectives of PNC's Ethics program. Additional responsibilities include overseeing projects of a varied and complex nature, providing guidance to the Ethics Specialists and providing back-up to the Chief Ethics Officer in his/her absence. You will be based Corporate Offices located in Pittsburgh, PA but will work with the senior leadership throughout PNC's footprint.

Requirements The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in business, finance, human resources or a related field.
* At least 10 years of professional / business experience
* Prior management experience is required.
* Experience within the banking and/or financial services industry is desired but NOT required.
* Sound judgment, common sense approach to solving problems.
* Effective problem solving and coaching skills.
