# Prepare global strategic alignment and direction for the Community Involvement area of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
# Create direction for employee volunteerism and engagement programs.
# Create policies and procedures for the Office of Community Service.
# Develop communication plan/strategies for enhanced community programs.
# Create and implement branding of community programs.
# Build employee councils at global Campbell locations to implement community programs.
# Gain internal alignment working with the VP of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on broader Community Involvement initiatives including cause marketing, broader CSR, product donations, and "green" programs.
# Build a signature program that addresses a significant community need, employee interest and business objective while keeping within our core focus areas of hunger relief, wellness and education.
# Align community relations work with broader Campbell CSR initiative.
# Work with VP of CSR to update and publish community section of CSR report and online communications.
# Serve as the corporate representative to member-based CSR/Community organizations - NJ Grantmakers, Points of Light, Boston College for Corporate Citizenship, etc.).
# Serve as a spokesperson to external media and work with Group Director of Corporate Communications to gain PR for community programs.
# Align and cascade focus areas to be considered when brands enter into new cause marketing initiatives.
# Oversee development of internal and external websites to showcase Community Involvement and community programs (as part of the CSR website).
# Benchmark and monitor best practices in Community Involvement.
# Manage annual Community Service budget.
# Campbell Soup Foundation.
# Create strategic focus and objectives for the Foundation.
# Manage budget and all incoming requests.
# Liaison with U.S. Campbell communities.
# Build relationships with local community groups - assist with development of suitable programs and identify opportunities for groups to work together.
# Work with the Foundation Chairman and Trustees to recommend and approve grants and perform on-site visits with recipients.
# Plan and execute the Foundation's Community Giving Report (online version and print brochure).
# Manage Foundation matching programs: Matching Gifts, United Way Campaign.
# Community Relations
# Primary liaison with key community stakeholders, non-profit leaders, government officials, etc.
# Act as Community contact for special projects such as Project Renew.
# Broaden Campbell's role as a catalyst for networking among community stakeholders.
# Oversee donation of in-kind gifts and services to key community stakeholders.
# Act as a Campbell representative at local and national industry conferences and events.
# Manage relationships with key organizations - Red Cross, United Way and Camden Riversharks (Campbell's Field) and internal employee campaigns and events.
# Set strategy and administration of corporate disaster relief and broader product donation efforts.
# Manage Community Relations Staff

Requirements Qualifications
# 8-10+ years experience in community relations/corporate philanthropy/corporate social responsibility. Experience with a large corporation preferred. At least 5 years in a leadership role, including managing, budgeting, planning and project management, staffing.
# Excellent writing and presentation skills.
# Experience working with a variety of community organizations, programs and groups.
# Bachelors degree required in Communications, Philanthropy, Public Policy or related field.
# Previous experience working in corporate giving and philanthropy preferred.
