Description ERM seeks a senior consultant to help to grow ERM’s regional consulting practice in the Southern Region of the USA To provide leadership to CSR/Sustainability consulting team members and deliver CSR/Sustainability projects.

Responsibilities include:

* Assist in the delivery and management of CSR/Sustainability projects;
* Provide technical and project advice on CSR/Sustainability to colleagues based in Houston and in other global offices;
* Provide assistance, facilitation and mentoring to junior staff working in CSR/Sustainability, with the goal of expanding the capabilities and team size of ERM’s Southern Region CSR/Sustainability consulting practice;
* Have expertise in three or more of the following areas: Supply Chain, Life Cycle Assessment, Management Systems, Social Performance & Social Investment, Corporate Reporting, Greenhouse Gas (GHG), Reputation Management and Corporate Assurance;
* Assist with the preparation of proposals and with business development activities, as well as perform audits;
* Support implementation of marketing initiatives designed to deliver the overall business development plan for CSR/Sustainability consulting.

Requirements:

* B.S. in Environmental Science or Engineering
* 7+ Years of consulting experience
* Extractive industries experience
