Default Hot Job - Senior Sustainability Manager - Dubai

Location: All of United Arab Emirates, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 420k-540k United Arab Emirates Dirhams ( £58k-£75k )

This is a fantastic and unique opportunity to work for one of the UAE's premier property development companies. This position has come about because of increased workload created by the rapid progression of sustainability and environmental work within the Middle East.
The role is an internally focussed one aimed at changing perceptions about sustainability issues within the company at board level. The current team overlaps heavily with different areas of the business and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders is essential.

Applicants will have significant technical expertise linked to energy supply and demand management, water management, waste management, logistics, building design and land use. There is an absolute necessity to have previous experience of influencing change within large organisations and as such superior negotiating skills are essential. Candidates with an environmental background within management consultancies are particularly relevant to this position, as are consultants who have worked in the property sector, although this is not essential.

Middle East experience is preferred but applicants from other regions of the world are encouraged to apply.
