Default Offshore Wind Turbine Engineer: £dependent on experience

Work for one of the foremost developers of onshore wind energy in the UK on the installation of wind farms in their new offshore team.

Our client requires a project engineer to join the offshore team. The right candidate would be the main point of contact for clients, specialising in the supply and installation of offshore wind farms. Reporting to the Project Manager, you would work with the rest of the project team to ensure clarity and efficiency of interfaces.

The job…
• Working on electrical systems design.
• Electrical Hardware Interfaces.
• Ensuring that the foundations are laid for successful wind turbine erection
• Operations and Maintenance (through analysis of operation data).

You…
• Hold an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree qualification or equivalent.
• Possess the ability to assess method statements for safety and efficiency.
• Are safety and efficiency orientated.
• Have a proven capability of making confident and reasoned decisions.
• Would ideally be capable of offshore working to ensure flexibility in the role.

Location: Various in UK
Deadline: End of October
