Default Offshore Development Assistant: £dependent on experience

Provide EIA, stakeholder communication and adminstrative support for a new offshore wind energy team.


Our client requires a development assistant to join the offshore team. The right candidate would be responsible for providing support to the team who are responsible for wind farm development, engineering and construction. Reporting to the Offshore Development Manager, you would work with the rest of the project team to manage the development of several new sites.

The job…
• Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Preparation.
• Preparation of statutory and non-statutory reports required for project development.
• Communicating with Key Stakeholders in the project.
• Assessment of key technical documents.
• Vital general administrative support.

You…
• Hold a relevant degree qualification or equivalent, ideally in Environmental Management or Environmental Science.
• Have an understanding of Environmental Impact Assessments.
• Are safety and efficiency orientated.
• Have a proven capability of making confident and reasoned decisions.
• Would ideally be capable of offshore working to ensure flexibility in the role.
