The CtW Investment Group supports efforts by trustees and their pension funds to be responsible active owners. The CtW Investment Group believes in active ownership , strong corporate governance, and responsible investment practices across all asset classes: public equity, private equity, hedge funds, and real estate. Active ownership enhances the returns of long-term investors, especially worker-owner funds that are broadly diversified across the whole market.
The CtW Investment Group supports regulatory and investor initiatives to ensure independent and accountable directors, reasonable executive compensation, and sound environmental, human resource and other business practices. We have developed a specialized focus on large corporate transactions, which we believe too often destroy value for investors and other stakeholders while enriching company insiders.
