The commercial energy sector is set to grow rapidly over the next 5 years and the demand for commercial energy assessments and display energy certificates will be immense. Bright Green have a number of clients who are seeking qualified commercial energy assessors – so if this is you, get in touch!
The opportunities we have are varied and can include a high degree of flexibility, independence and travel throughout the UK.

The job…
• Inspect commercial properties to collect information on their age, number of storeys, building type, heating systems
• Measure each room and collecting details of windows
• Enter the information into a computer software programme, which will produce an energy efficiency rating and an EPC
• Explain efficiency ratings to commercial property owners
• Give practical advice on how to improve the energy efficiency of their property
You…
• Have a Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Non Domestic Energy Assessment
• Have completed at least 5 assessed Energy Performance Certificates
• Are willing to travel throughout the UK
• Have a clean UK driving licence
