Manchester | £35,000 -£40,000Leading global supplier of promotional corporate merchandise is looking to recruit a Corporate Social Responsibility & Quality Manager to develop their continued investment in ethical practice and environment policy. This practice is crucial to the business and one of their key beliefs and to the growth of their impressive client base.
Within this position you will:
- Integrate ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 quality standards across the business
- Implement a clear strategy on labour standards for SA 8000 3rd party approval
- Develop the company's vision and strategy on corporate social responsibility
- Manage the ethical audit programme with suppliers ensuring EU directives are met
- Maintain and improve the quality of products purchased from manufacturers in Europe and the Far East
This is a fantastic international role for a CSR professional who possesses:
- Knowledge of SA 8000, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ETI Audits.
- A passion for issues surrounding CSR and ethical trading
- The ability to present and communicate these values both internally and externally to suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the CSR Technical field and posses enthusiasm and commitment in ethical trading practices.
