This dedicated and passionate business is now looking for a Senior Ecologist to join the dynamic and diverse growing team. Your responsibilities in this position will be to work on a range of exciting and important projects including construction issues, planning consent and mitigation. Your ecology skills and previous experience will be essential to the team and to progressing the current projects in progress and future business. As a Senior Ecologist you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership and develop your abilities and career further.
The successful Senior Ecologist will have:
- Experience in phase 1 and 2 habitat surveys, NVC surveys and GIS
- A protected species licence (preferably bat)
- Worked within a consultancy environment
- The ability to work as a self starter
Ideally you will also have some experience in or exposure to management and marketing skills and the ability to drive the business of a small consultancy forward.
