Having just launched a unique Carbon Footprinting Scheme (which is currently being rolled out to some of the UK's best known companies) they are now looking to source a talented business developer to assist in the expansion of the programme.
In this newly created role you will work within a specialist team of carbon footprinting experts to expand their client base. Working closely with the head of division you will develop the business development strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing business in new industry sectors
- Expanding the carbon footprinting offering to existing clients
- Dealing with incoming and warm enquiries
- Attending conferences and networking events to expand our clients profile
- Leading on pitches and presentations
You will have a proven sales and business development background, preferably from a relevant sector (Environment, CSR, Climate Change). You must have a good understanding of climate change and/or supply chain issues. In addition you will have the credibility to engage with senior individuals within global organisiations.
