Driving the delivery of a large scale wind energy programme you will be responsible for attaining defined capacity targets. This will involve scoping the proposition, gaining support for its implementation and securing external finance. Leading a team and managing an extensive budget, my client requires a candidate that can demonstrate a track record of building renewable energy projects.
The successful candidate will have experience consulting on renewable energy technologies and be adept at engaging, influencing and communicating with various stakeholders. Demonstrating an immediate capability to manage complex projects across large organisations prior experience of leading Environmental Impact Assessments and gaining planning permission for large renewable energy developments is also required.
This role offers the opportunity for a highly experienced Wind Energy expert to lead and drive a hugely significant project that will have a real impact on UK carbon emissions, and demonstrate a model for other large businesses around the world to follow.
