Default Dubai:Business Development Manager

Dubai | £- Based on ExperienceThis company is one of the fastest growing Environmental Consultancies in the Middle East. They are also widely recognised as the leading environmental consultancy in Oman. Currently they are looking for a business developer to take a lead in the expansion of their new Dubai office. This role will also be responsible for managing this new office and your work will cover the Middle East and North Africa region.
Prior experience in the Gulf is essential as is a Masters degree. You will have significant Business Development experience and all round experience in environmental, climate change and sustainability disciplines. You will also have worked in infrastructure, petrochemical, oil & gas, mixed land-use developments or the metallurgical markets.
You will have the ability to put together commercially/technically competent proposals and should be able to negotiate and close-in on opportunities. You will possess good communication skills and a high level of credibility (you will network with developers, donor agencies, law offices and others to develop leads). You must be a person who likes taking on a challenge. Our client is currently looking to set up a US office and you will have the ability to coordinate between the Muscat and the US offices on marketing and business development activities.
