Client Account Manager, Social Accountability (U.K.)
Organization: Specialized Technology Resources
Client Account Managers are responsible for managing and growing the social accountability accounts of clients in Europe. Multiple positions open.
Primary Functions
1. Manage high-profile client accounts (processing of work orders, editing reports, assistance in invoicing-related activities).
2. Develop new and existing accounts.
3. Provide direction, education and guidance to existing clients.
4. Build strong client relationships through attention to clients' needs.
5. Plan and forecast client growth.
6. Educate clients on new company products and services.
7. Determining areas of growth and opportunities for expansion in the industry.
8. Providing excellent customer service to all existing European Accounts.
9. There is a potential for travel not more than 10% of the time in this position.
Required Skills and Abilities
1. Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast paced environment.
2. Strong leadership and customer service skills.
3. Ability to prioritise, plan and organise work effectively.
4. Ability to multitask.
5. Sharp decision-making and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work both independently and in a group setting.
7. Ability to train others, either individually or in a group.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Educated to degree level or equivalent
2. Prior management experience preferred, but not essential
3. Prior field experience (social auditing) preferred, but not essential
4. Prior customer service experience preferred, but not essential
5. Fluency in English and another language (German, French preferred)
6. Team player with history of good relationship management with co-workers and customers
Other
1. Duties other than the above but of a similar nature may from time to time be required.
2. The post requires that the individual must be prepared to work outside the standard working hours when the duties so require.
3. Must be able to travel extensively within the European region and elsewhere when needed.
4. Candidate must be eligible to work in Great Britain / the European Union.
