A pioneering UK energy efficiency management company is expanding their multi-disciplinary team responsible for providing a range of Built Environment Assessment services. Having been established over 10 years, integrity and trust are at the heart of their business. By applying these beliefs to all internal and external relations and by delivering quality services to clients, their business has enjoyed substantial and award winning success.
As an Energy Certificate Assessor you will be working along side experienced assessors who will support and guide you through the accreditation training. Specifically producing Display Energy Certificates for large public buildings this is an excellent opportunity to develop a career in the sustainable built environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertake site visits and prepare display energy certificates within agreed timeframes to the correct quality standards
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction
- A significant amount of time will be spent travelling to and working on site
- Work closely with the project manager and meet agreed performance targets
Experience and Qualifications required:
- You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a discipline related to the built environment or have previous experience in built environment energy assessment
- Your own transport and driving license
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Must be capable of demonstrating initiative and the ability to work individually against agreed deadlines
