Senior Buildings Sustainability Advisor

Senior Sustainability Advisor required to assist on all aspects of building sustainability and environmental assessment and other development services projects.
A leading international consultancy firm is currently looking for a Senior Sustainability Advisor to join their London Team to assist on all aspects of building sustainability and environmental assessment and other development services projects.
In this role you will develop sustainability and energy strategies for developments and buildings: master planning and detailed design. This will include advising on cost effective measures for introducing energy saving design measures and the integration of renewables into schemes, water saving measures, construction impacts and minimisation strategies, brownfield land and ground contamination assessments, social and economic sustainability measures. You will also be involved with carrying out BREEAM and EcoHomes assessments, and computer simulation modelling of building performances. Business development including the preparation of proposals and quotations will also be required.
The ideal candidate will have a BSc/MSc in building services/energy related discipline along with extensive experience in the above. Project management, business development, analytical, report writing and excellent communication skills are also essential.
