Description
Keep on growing.
Ernst & Young* is one of the top audit and advisory firms in the world with around 130,000 employees in 140 countries. In order to be able to serve our clients in the very best possible way, we are looking for dedicated employees to contribute their professional and personal skills to the Ernst & Young team.

Our multidisciplinary, implementation-based advisory approach sets us apart from other auditing and advisory firms.
For our offices in Stuttgart and in the Ruhr area, we are seeking to recruit – as soon as possible – a Senior Consultant (m/f) Advisory Services specializing in CSR/environmental advisory.
You will act as an advisor for industrial, trade and services firms. You can expect a wide range of tasks in the field of advisory services as well as CSR and sustainability. This will include:
Implementing CSR and sustainability strategies
Providing advice on environmental management systems and emissions
Auditing and preparing sustainability reports
Optimizing the supply chain and carrying out global supplier audits
Providing advice in relation to Corporate Citizenship activities
Processing other sustainability issues
Analyzing, assessing and optimizing processes
Implementing shared service centers
Providing advice for different accounting standards (HGB [German GAAP], IFRS, US GAAP), etc.
In a field that is experiencing dynamic growth, you will help to expand our service range and advisory portfolio. This will involve working on an interdisciplinary basis with other departments and countries in our corporate network.
You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business and economics with a specialization in finance and supplementary specialist areas (e.g. environmental management systems) and have at least two to three years of relevant professional experience. As a result you have pertinent business contacts. Additionally, you have been heavily involved in the area of sustainability and you are aware of the significance of ecological, economic and social aspects for long-term corporate success. As well as excellent analytical skills, you have an open and confident approach and work well in a team. You display a high degree of initiative and a sense of responsibility, and work in an independent manner. In addition, you do not shy away from new and difficult tasks, but tackle them with great motivation. A good knowledge of all common Microsoft Office applications as well as excellent knowledge of the German language are a must.
We offer you a team-based and highly motivated working environment in which your dedication will be rewarded with excellent promotion opportunities. You can expect intensive on-the-job training as well as a comprehensive program of theoretical training. You can benefit from our international network, which offers an ideal platform for a global approach.
