Who is this with….

One of the country’s leading Environmental Consultancies who have been expanding recently in the Sustainable Construction market are looking to recruit a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join the Sustainable Construction Team in the either the London or Manchester office
What is the role….

You will be involved in managing a small team of Sustainability Consultants as well as managing and developing client relationships as well as project managing a number of interesting and challenging projects for both the Public and Private sector.

Who Should Apply….

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working in this market place, which will ideally come from a consultancy. You will have experience of undertaking BREEAM assessments (Training will be provided if necessary) and Sustainability Appraisals. You will need to possess an understanding of drivers in the UK Sustainable Construction market. You will also have a good technical understanding of at least one of the following: building energy, simulation modelling (e.g. daylight and thermal comfort), whole life value assessment and carbon foot-printing. You will also need to have membership of a professional body active in the sustainable construction field.
