The worlds leading commercial real estate services firm are looking for a highly talented Sustainability Consultant to join their Energy & Sustainability Group.
A world wide company, our client recognises their potential to reduce climate change and have therefore committed to this cause by setting up a specific team, the Energy and Environmental Group. The team works closely with blue chip corporate clients and property investors to ensure that they achieve their energy and environmental goals.
As the successful candidate you will join a growing, dynamic team. Reporting directly into the Head of Energy & Sustainability, your responsibilities will include:
- Consulting closely with Clients
- Strategic input encompassing property portfolio advice and feasibility studies all relating to environmentally sound investments and CSR strategies
- Ensuring the client is informed on global climate change and environmental developments in the industry
- Working closely with all parts of the company's UK business
- Drafting and issuing reports
As the successful candidate you will be have a strong consulting background with a proven track record of excellent project delivery. You will also be:
- A highly motivated, self starter
- Knowledgeable of the energy issues related to buildings
- A strong project manager
- Experienced in working closely with clients
