Description SENIOR CONSULTANT : CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY
Our client is a is a multi-disciplinary, global design and business consulting firm presently working on a huge range of challenging projects across their three main business areas: buildings, infrastructure and consulting.
The position vacant is for a Senior Corporate Responsibility (CR) Consultant to work within their expanding Environmental Consulting business at their head office in London. You will be a member of the Corporate Responsibility and Environmental Management Team, undertaking a diverse range of corporate sustainability projects including CR reviews, developing strategies and management systems, and undertaking stakeholder engagement. The clients will include private and public sector organisations. You will be working in a truly multi-disciplinary environment alongside other environmental, planning, engineering and urban design specialists.
Your remit will be to undertake and supervise technical work, project manage specialist and multi-disciplinary project teams, be responsible for quality and budget control, and assist with proposal preparation and marketing activities. You will report to the Associate Director responsible for the Corporate Responsibility and Environmental Management Team.
They are looking for a CR professional with preferable experience in CR consultancy. You will be a motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious individual, able to work on your own initiative and to direct more junior staff. You will have a relevant degree and preferably be chartered e.g. CEnv.
Knowledge or first hand experience in most or all of the following areas would be advantageous: CR strategies, corporate reporting, management systems, carbon management, sustainable procurement, sustainable design and construction, stakeholder engagement and audits.
