Description
Habitat for Humanity believe that everyone has the right to live in a simple decent home and by building in partnership with those in need we aim to eliminate poverty housing all over the world.
Our corporate team currently raises around 20 per cent of our annual income. This role will help expand the number and size of corporate supporters.
As Corporate Relations Executive you will support the Senior Corporate Relations Executive and the Corporate Relations Manager in managing key accounts and new business and also have a range of your own accounts to develop. You will provide support for the team, managing communications requirements through our Communications Department where appropriate, and also the corporate section of our database including outputting reports (training can be given).
Applicants must be good, persuasive communicators. You will be adaptable and able to work equally well as part of a team or on your own initiative. The role involves business development, proposal writing, supporting fundraising events, liaising with volunteers including running fundraising workshops (training given), presenting to key decision makers and assisting with the development of communications materials. The position reports into the Corporate Relations Manager and will require some evening and weekend work and travel within and potentially outside of the UK.
The role will be based at our National Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, UK, and is a full time position.
