My client has a comprehensive service offering related to CSR strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Their offering, which can be tailored to a client’s exact requirements, has four main elements:
# Programme development and implementation
# Inventory and gap analysis
# Stakeholder engagement
# Operational solutions and support to decision making
Your main responsibility will be to lead the delivery of proposals and engagements in corporate responsibility assurance in the private sector. You will be reporting to the Senior Manager and Director Corporate Responsibility.
Requirements:
# You must demonstrate good knowledge and practical experience of corporate responsibility preferably in an assurance context
# Proven project management experience in terms of financial and programme management in particular
# Formal assurance training in some form is essential,
# Accountancy training not essential but strongly desirable
# Essential to have strong analytical and report writing ability
# Ability to take personal initiative
# Solid leadership skills and experience
# Good interpersonal skills
