CSR Manager (Mexico City, Mexico)

Position Summary:
The CSR Manager is primarily responsible for providing leadership, account management skills and product knowledge to the CSR team in Mexico City, including the Coordinators and Auditors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Build and cultivate existing client relationships to maximize brand exposure in the corporate social responsibility industry.
* KEnsure revenue renewals from existing client base.
* Penetrate existing client base to maximize revenue opportunity.
* Integrate account manager “best practices” across regional offices in Latin America to maximize efficiencies.
* Partner with new and existing clients to guide the development of their corporate social responsibility programs based on current industry initiatives and benchmark practices.
* Measure and track account manager performance to ensure activities and initiatives are in line with company business goals and objectives.
* Support overall business development initiatives, including responses to RFP opportunities involving CSR related services.
* Collaborate with senior management and contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the Group.
* Develop and deliver training seminars for vendors/factories or internal colleagues on client requirements, industry trends, etc. as required.
* Effectively participate in CSR industry related conferences and events to build relationships and understanding of latest industry trends.

Travel Requirements:
Travel estimated at 20%, of which 80% domestic / 20% international
Skills / Education Required:
* College Degree (Law, Social Studies, Economics, Business Administration) or equivalent related work experience
* Minimum of five years experience in the social accountability industry designing, implementing, and managing corporate social responsibility programs for major retailers and / or manufacturers.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and successfully engage high-level key client representatives
* Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of employees and clients. Strong verbal and written skills are required.
* Effectively utilize PC software including: MS Office Suite, email, and other software platforms
* Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.

Hi,
I am newly join in your site.For me as a skeptic Sustainability assurance is not really useful if it does not get a lot bigger in importance in the world. Everyone needs to join in to make it more important. Similar to financial assurance assurance. But I think that was said here before.
