Senior Sustainability Consultant
Manchester or Leeds | Circa £33,000We have an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to join a very successful and expanding property consultancy. The firm is looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join the team based in Manchester or Leeds.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients and colleagues on the principles of sustainable development, providing sustainability solutions as they relate to the planning and development process
- Providing input as part of wider sustainability agenda
- Managing your own work load and projects
The ideal person for the job will possess:
- A strong understanding of the sustainability agenda in relation to buildings
- Strong communication and analytical skills, fully capable of building internal and external professional relationships and engaging large audiences
- An enthusiasm and passion for sustainable development
Ideally you will be a Chartered Surveyor or Planner with experience at working within the private sector and you should be an outgoing and confident individual.
