OPM is currently seeking a new Fellow.

OPM is an independent, not-for-profit public interest company, working with people to develop high quality management, professional practice and public engagement in organisations that aim to improve social results. The post of fellow at OPM involves providing services to clients across the public sector in one or more of three main business areas:

• Organisational development and policy.
• Leadership and management development.
• Advice, development support and project assistance in community and stakeholder engagement.

Fellows are required to work to a current target of 13.5 days of client-paid work per month, excluding leave periods. Performance of individual fellows is judged against targets and against personal performance objectives set in agreement with the relevant director.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates are likely to be able to demonstrate:

• Experience in designing and delivering learning programmes for senior managers and leaders.
• Demonstrable presentation, facilitation and teaching skills.
• Understanding of the processes of identifying development needs and commissioning and evaluating development interventions.
• A strong personal track record in managing client relationships and projects.
• A good understanding of at least one area of UK public policy and practice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An eagerness to make the most of the opportunities offered by a stimulating and varied work environment.
