Joining at a crucial time, you will be given full exposure to all areas of energy consultancy including; climate change levy work, energy surveys, emissions trading and carbon foot printing. This is a hand's on role where you will be given excellent training and support in the early stages before developing into a fully fledged consultant.
As a trainee consultant your duties will include:
- Consulting with clients and assessing the need to provide energy management services
- Conducting energy surveys
- Writing reports
- Running continuous development programmes for clients and attending regular formal training sessions
- Providing excellent pro-active customer care throughout the process and afterwards
The successful candidate will ideally come from an engineering background and those with a proven track record of working within an energy saving remit will be of particular interest.
Candidate requirements:
- HND/HNC in engineering based subject
- Experience or previous exposure to working within industry
- Ability to engage with people at all levels
- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
