As impact and information officer, the successful candidate will manage information about our clients impact through a strategic and proactive approach; generating ideas on how they gather, use,
manage and store information and shout about their difference.
Your key duties will include:
- Developing a company-wide information framework; coordinating, establishing processes and planning for the future in line with overall Corporate Affairs Strategy
- Developing/gathering/organising information and content about social & environmental trends
- Translating impact studies into relevant & accessible content
- Ensuring all data and content including, film, still photography, facts and figures are systematically stored and readily retrievable to support proactive and reactive stakeholder management and consumer communications
- Working with the HR Manager to ensure relevant data and materials are available for internal staff and external partner induction and on-going training
- Assisting the Head of Corporate Affairs in planning/production/editing of company reports
- Managing copyrights, usage rights and permission requirements
- Managing the relevant budgets and agencies
The successful candidate will be a graduate and will have proven experience in:
- Using Spanish in a business context
- Being Systematic & organised
- Copy-writing/editing
- Providing a creative approach in how to use information to develop meaningful messages
- Relevant information/data retrieval/digital technologies
- Influencing people at all levels and relationship-building
- Delivery to deadlines
In addition to the above, knowledge of Fairtrade and Latin America or Africa would be advantageous.
