Job Description:
Leading consultancy seek a senior energy consultant to join their energy and sustainability group working with leading architects and property companies on commercial, residential and public sector construction projects.
You will be involved with advising clients, design teams and engineers on sustainable building design, energy in buildings and the impact of UK and European energy and sustainable development policy. Duties will include carrying out energy studies and strategic sustainability appraisals using BREEAM, presenting on energy and sustainable development issues and the collection, analysis and presentation of evidence to support the business case for sustainable development.

Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge and experience of LEED assessment is essential. You must be able to demonstrate expertise in a sustainable, low energy approach to building design, construction or operation and energy use in buildings and a working knowledge of relevant UK and EU energy and sustainable development policy. Experience in large buildings and a mixed used development is an advantage.
