Specification The role
In this newly created role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Executive, you値l support the CSR team in delivering the First Choice sustainable business strategy across the business. You値l use your copywriting skills to update the First Choice Environment and People website and other internal and external communications materials. You値l help develop and deliver sustainability training programmes to increase environmental and social awareness amongst colleagues. Previous experience of CSR is not required but enthusiasm and interest in environmental and social issues is essential.
The person
To succeed in this role, you値l need the following:
* Passion for CSR, environmental and social issues
* Excellent and demonstrable copy writing, analytical and administration skills
* Familiarity with training development and delivery
* Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in addressing senior colleagues
* Innovative, creative and enthusiastic thought processes
* Genuine interest in travel and the tourism industry
* Degree level education
