The directors are now recruiting for an exceptional Executive Assistant/Project Manager/Writer. The ideal candidate will thrive on the challenge and variety of managing a fast-paced entrepreneurial office environment and will possess outstanding IT, organisational and writing skills.
You will be a university graduate, preferably to postgraduate level, with a minimum of five years experience in a similar role. You will have excellent spoken and written communication skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities to meet tight deadlines. You will also have strong leadership and people management qualities, as well as the capacity to work effectively as part of a diverse team of senior people.
The role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company headquarters, supporting the two founding directors in all aspects of their work and undertaking large-scale research and writing projects. A knowledge of corporate social responsibility/ sustainability is desirable. An understanding of coaching, learning and development would also be advantageous. JOB PURPOSE
To ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Group office and support the two founding company directors in their activities across all business functions.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*Excellent key skills in communication (spoken and written), project management, attention to detail and motivating others
*Super advanced working knowledge of Microsoft based applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
*Fast and accurate copy/audio typist and desktop publisher
*Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative (self-starter)

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*To ensure smooth and efficient running of the office, including oversight of the IT network, health and safety, company databases (GoldMine and associate registers), ISO 9001 compliance, personnel records, contracts, etc
*To manage Article 13's compliance to the ten UNGC principles and take responsibility for the reporting function
*To support the two directors in every aspect of day-to-day company operations
*To manage the office and new business administration teams (2-3 people) and ensure delivery to deadlines
*To carry out research on wide ranging topics in the CSR and learning and development fields
*To write a variety of documents, including tenders, articles, case studies, manuals, press releases, research reports, application forms, etc
*To assist the website team with content updates, information gathering and preparation
*To participate in the delivery of Article 13 Group strategic aims and objectives
*To manage and contribute to the social elements of Article 13 Group
*To operate within and guide the Article 13 Group Sustainability Policy guidelines
*To operate in accordance with and guide the Article 13 Group equal opportunities policy
