One of the largest real estate advisers operating across the globe seeks a Senior Energy Consultant.
The purpose of the role is to provide technical advice and support to our clients Sustainability Manager and Professional Services Division, to assist in the development and delivery of energy related consultancy services and products to our clients customers.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Develop leading edge energy management and consultancy services to enhance our clients sustainability offering
• Marketing and promotion of our clients energy consultancy and other sustainability services
• Establishing links with key external agencies
• Business development and client liaison
• Delivery of energy consultancy and sustainability services to clients
• Identification and management of external energy services and sustainability vendors
The successful candidate will have a degree or similar in environmental/energy related subject and as a minimum requirement be a registered non-domestic EPC assessor – preferably Level 4 or higher
An in depth knowledge and understanding of environmental and energy related legislation, together with an in depth knowledge and understanding of energy management best practise methodologies and its application in the property field. Furthermore an in depth knowledge and understanding of energy procurement and energy markets
