I'm studying organizations and managemt as my major, but I haven't decided my focus yet. I think I'm focusing on leadership studies, but I'm taking business strategy courses as well. As a minor subject I have corporate responsibility: environmental philosophy, GRI reporting, envinronmental & crs management...

We do have optional courses related to sustainability, but those are spread in many different subjects like accounting, economics, organizations and management, marketing, communication and philosophy. It's kinda hard to get useful education for career in corporate responsibility. I'm my opinion corporate strategy plays a major role in making business more sustainable. The sustainability strategy should be implemented to company's core strategy instead of "outsourcing" it to cr-departement as it's usually done.

Oh. I'd like to see more companies to list sustainability to their company values.

I think I agree in that it needs to be fixed at the core where it will do the most good then it spreads to the rest of the company based decisions at the top.
