Greetings from the Midwest! My interest in the environment dates back to the late 1980s, but I haven't found much enthusiasm or momentum in my state, which is home to several coal-burning power plants and low utility rates. same here regarding coal we have one right down town rochester 5th largest polluter in the 5 state area. northern central.
