Hi Fabian and fellow forum members...

You may remember me from AGES ago... Paul in the UK... I launched a virtual skip site for reusing unwanted items... Virtual skips from vSkips

At the time some of you asked about a USA version. Well me and Len have just launched it...

vDumpsters... Virtual dumpsters from vDumpsters

We just need some help kick starting it now. If any of you fancy signing up and dumping any unwanted items that would be great. We have about 6 members so far (no items)

The UK version which launched in April 2007 now has 5500 members from all over England, Scotland and Wales so we're hoping the USA version will equally well received

vSkips now has attracted 5500 members in the UK since we told you guys about it in April.

Since then we have been building the USA version as you suggested would be a good idea.

vDumpsters only launched a day or two back and we are again relying purely on word of mouth from genuinely "green" individuals to get it started.

It has had 10 members sign up so far (5490 to go but if vSkips is anything to go by it should rise exponentially as the word gets out.
