The CSR Salary Survey
As you may be aware, Acre has now completed the UK’s first ever CSR Salary Survey, in partnership with Acona and Ethical Performance.
The project involved detailed questioning of nearly 300 senior CSR professionals towards the end of 2007 (both in-house and consultants). It pulls together much-needed statistics on various issues - from salary distribution through to gender, and the academic backgrounds of the CR community.

We’re keen to hear the reactions of professionals working in this space – we’re hoping it may spark some debate, so would like to hear your views. We’ll be happy to answer specific questions through the forum or directly if you have them.
We will be repeating and expanding the survey in future years to help identify trends in the development of the CSR industry - and chart the demographics of the growing numbers of professionals working in Corporate Responsibility.
