Default London: Carbon Conversations: Place-shaping in a low carbon future

The Office for Public Management and The Environment Council invite you to attend a Carbon Conversation to explore the future of local authorities' place-shaping roles in the context of significant carbon constraints

This half-day event, to be held at a central location in London on 20th March 2008, is free and open to all. The event aims to involve the whole range of stakeholders involved in "place shaping" including those working for the local authority, other public services such as the NHS and the police, and the voluntary and private sectors. It will be of particular interest to those who are responsible for the delivery of "place-shaping" and/or carbon reduction initiatives at a local level, for example as a member of a local strategic partnership. Please see the attached invitation for more information.

Places are limited. Please contact mhogg@opm.co.uk if you would like further information or would like to book a place.
