Climate Change Condensed (10th Jan & 28th Feb)- a fantastic new 3-hour 'all you need to know' course which uses a carefully-concocted recipe of expert knowledge (we bring the experts to you on film), group discussion and pair work.
Climate Change Speaker Training (18th Jan) - This intensive one-day training course gives participants the text, information, skills and confidence to prepare and deliver a persuasive half hour talk on climate change.
Communicating Climate Change (23rd Jan) - The high speed interactive course covers all that is needed to communicate climate change to colleagues and the wider public, on a 'one to one' basis.
Carbon Café (29th Jan & 12th Feb) - 'Its good to talk' - when faced with a problem we humans like nothing better than to talk it over - why should climate change be any different? Carbon Café's provide both an opportunity for people to openly express their views and feelings about climate change, and to figure out how they can take action for a low carbon future. Come along to experience the power of creative conversation.
How to win the climate change argument in a 15 minute tea break (7th Feb) - A three hour course, designed to enable people at work to overcome climate sceptics in the workplace. It is based on COIN's continuing work on responding to climate denial - the very human and understandable response to climate change.
Climate Action Groups (11th Mar)- Action Groups work on the principle of 'self directed learning' - meaning that the participants themselves decide what area of climate change they want to tackle. The initial 'matchmaking session' enables people to find others with similar interests, and to form groups around the topics that interest them.
