Default positive Taylor's ice

The ice is made with snow makers in the winter. Like the ones used on a ski slope. Taylor was a Los Amos bomb inventor who made both the worlds biggest and the smallest a-bombs. He spent the rest of his live working on cutting energy use. His stored cold ice worked but people keep making a hole in buildings and putting in the cheapest boxes they can buy. for cooling. It was intended more for industrial use. Like with big Internet Servers that use so much energy cooling their computers. He proposed using old rock quarries and filling them with winter ice. That's how he believed he could cool New York with its water supply. I've read that no more internet servers can be used in Southern California because the is no more electricity for their cooling. Make new ones and move the old ones as far north for the cold as needed and start saving power
