Hi Philip,

You've asked a good question and the simple answer is that there are loads of courses out there, good universites, most of which teach similar modules so it really depends on what else you are looking gain from the experience i.e. personal development (living in london certainly has an advantage), networking, university brand vs cost of course, job opportunities and employability.

I think Fabian has pointed out most of the well known universities that offer courses in this area however I'd like to add that you might also want to look at Imperial College London (MSc in Environmental Technology) and the University of Cambridge. I definately know the employability of the course at Imperial is high. FYI, I read for a Masters in Environment & Development at LSE - great experience as well. The course was comprehensive, and I was able to study a mixture of modules from different areas (e.g. international environmental polictics, development studies, environmental planning and assessment). Hope this helps. Any other questions ask away!

Best of luck,
Varun
