Dear Juicyjobs,

Employers of labour are very discriminatory. I have been searching for a job in my field for quite sometime without success. There is no headway as you can see. I have applied to Anti-corruption units of DFID, USAID, Tiri, Transparency International, World Bank, Global Integrity, Christian Aid, just name them, but nothing good has come out of my numerous applications. The fact is that most employers out of the University circle discriminate against those of us with higher degrees and experience. They prefer to employ those known to them. I am quite convinced that employers with lower qualifications are afraid of applicants with my type of experience and sound education. Due to lack of fund, I cannot at the moment put my pet agency 'Movement Against Corruption in Africa' (MACIA) in place. But sometime I might be able to do what I have been practising for over a decade.

Thanks for the encouragement. My only happiness is that no body can kill or frustrate those with good education. I shall keep on keeping on.

Cheers.
