I may have just made that up? I am just trying to explain what I see.
"ISR "I am defining as Individual Social Responsibilty. The actions we take as an individual.
I am sure we can all see that people engagement in CSR starts at an individual level.
One person to one person connections.
When people connect they start to form a culture, values and bonds. Eventually that turns into group culture if one to one connections continue to grow?
The Huoarani go about forming relationships in a different way to us I felt from my experience and that made me reflect on some of the basics of building lasting relationships.
If I want to be serious about CSR I have to start with me and the actions I am personally prepared to take. I am a consultant so I am not sure if what I am doing is part of my own business Waponi's CSR policy or its me as an individual? I suppose me because I set the culture of the business I run ?
I hope that when people work with me they understand my contribution.
When we have saved the rainforest I have an eye on my next CSR project for my business
Its much closer to home. It really rather fun and gives me the balance back.
CSR currently doesnt make me any money but if I can pull this project off it will be very satisfying ! Thats what gives me my balance.
